Bob began his career in commercial real estate in 1955 with Jim Rouse at the Rouse Company of Baltimore. Bob became a highly effective “Mortgage Man” at this real estate services firm and was sent to Washington in the late 1950’s to open a Rouse office there. Several years later Ivor Clark brought him onboard to open the Ivor B. Clark Mid-Atlantic office. Bob enjoyed a remarkable 40 year career in CRE financing with countless area landmark property financings to his credit.
The Mid-Atlantic office was founded in 1959 by an exceptionally gifted Financier, Robert A. Beer. Bob is no longer with us, but his influence and insistence on the highest standards in business practices lives on in each of us and this compels us to keep his name at the top of our team list.

Mary has been associated with the firm over the last 18 years and manages the firm’s day to operations. Mary is a talented multi-tasker and a problem solver extraordinaire.

Anthony Flythe is the most recent addition to the Ivor Clark staff active in the origination of new business. Anthony oversees market research, deal analysis and loan submission package preparation.

Frederick started with Ivor Clark in 1987. Another second generation arranger of capital placements, Frederick left to work in property development and was later a COO of a High-tech firm working in real estate. Mr. Hill returned to the firm in 2009 originating and placing CRE loans.
Audrey oversees loan submission packaging, loan underwriting, IT management and various other aspects of the firm’s internal operations. Audrey has been with the firm for 16 years.
Tony is a multi-disciplinary commercial real estate expert having spent 25 years in commercial construction, over a decade in commercial sales with the Washington, D.C Marcus Millichap office and 5 years in commercial real estate finance. Tony is a driven CRE expert who has a deep understanding of all aspects of the industry. Tony is active in new loan origination and placement.
